拿啞鈴的注意事項

有位學生向我反應，她拿了啞鈴後，手腕處會有疼痛感。雖然那支手腕以前有受傷過，可能因此較為敏感，但已請她改拿一磅的啞鈴取代。

在此向各位學員說明拿啞鈴的注意事項：

1、Grip weights very lightly. 輕握啞鈴，不要抓太緊。
2、Wrist is always in line with forearme. 手腕要打直，與前手背平行。
3、Effort is equal moving up and down. 往下的動作時，不是讓啞鈴把你的手往下拉（迅速往下），而是要用肌肉控制它慢慢下。

最主要的目的，是避免運動傷害的發生，請大家多多注意，謝謝!!
